District Administrator
The Role
This position will extend from 9am-3pm from Monday - Friday.
We don't just need someone incredible at administration tasks, we need someone who will have a boogie from their seat at the front desk, and join in on our Karaoke sessions with our Members. Emanating joy and compassion while providing essential support to the day-to-day operations of BEST is a must!
What You'll Do
Welcome families, Mentors, volunteers, and stakeholders at the front desk, ensuring each visit is amazing and gives off fun youth hub vibes!
Handle HQ phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate campus or staff member.
Complete day-to-day administration tasks efficiently to support the Service Delivery team and HoDs.
Ensure Mentor (Support Worker) HR compliance, including certificates, licenses, and e-training.
Maintain up-to-date member Vault profiles, Google Drive folders, and assist with onboarding processes.
Prepare quarterly reports for Members and support report-writing for the team.
Assist with light content capture for social media.
Support stocktake and ordering of hub campus supplies.
Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth service operations.
Your Experience
Experience in - or extensive knowledge of - the disability sector is preferred.
Previous administration experience in a very high-paced role is advantageous (seriously, we move quickly).
Your Skills
You'll be confident enough using Canva and the Google Suite to teach your Nan how to use it, including G Mail, Google Drive, Google Docs, etc.
You're quick on your feet and can problem-solve in a jiffy.
You are known for your kindness, compassion, and people-centred personality.

Blue Card
NDIS Worker Screening
QLD Police Check
Completed First Aid/CPR Certificate
Completed NDIS Worker Orientation
Current Driver's License
Right to work in Australia
